This is a follow up review. Matt is still doing a good job. He installed two new toilets. He installed our disposal and... fixed up a cluster under the kitchen sink. Just this last week, with only a 1/2 day wait, he came out and installed two new hot/cold valves on the washer, put in a new outside valve (which had been leaking), and fixed a seal on a toilet. He works fast, is efficient, and still thorough. His prices are reasonable and he always makes time.read more

We had to repair a leaking shower head caused by an old cartridge in our fixture. We took the opportunity to replace... our aging shower head with a new handheld system. Matt Moen of Moen Brothers responded to our request for service and a solution for the handheld very quickly (as he had in the past). The work was done in a timely fashion and at the agreed upon price. No surprises.When the shower head began leaking two months later, Moen Bros. came back to replace the faulty cartridge within two hours of being contacted and installed a new replacement cartridge.Their service and response cannot be beat.read more
